Performance Excellence Partners (PEP), an award-winning federal contractor and woman-owned small business (WOSB) with expertise in human capital, training, workforce development, technical assistance, project management, and program support services, has been serving federal and state agencies, private sector businesses, and non-profit organizations since 2019. Under the leadership of CEO and President Rachel E. Ramirez, PEP has grown into a widely respected organization with a large and expanding clientele. In addition to being awarded two best-in-class contract vehicles, GSA HCaTS SB Pool 2 and GSA OASIS SB Pool 1, as well as holds a GSA Schedule, GSA FSS MAS (Professional Services, Business Administrative Services and Training). PEP has full- and part-time employees working from its corporate office, client sites and home offices across the United States.
